The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these General Conditions, without affecting the services or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification, to improve the products offered. In any case, before purchasing the courses, these general conditions must be consulted.
Through this website, we sell online training to learn Spanish through different programs that appear on the same. The purchase process will be established in point 3 of these general conditions.
These conditions will apply from the day the order is placed (via web or phone) and will come into force when the User makes the purchase and accepts them via web during the contracting procedure by checking the corresponding box or if it is a phone contract, by responding with their acceptance to the email containing the general contracting conditions.
The contractual sales relationship involves making the specific course available to the user/student in exchange for a determined price shown in the purchase link on the web.
The specific details of the training offered – content, price, payment method, duration, contracting method, etc. – are developed throughout this document.
María Isabel Sánchez García commits to displaying her prices for the training programs transparently. The applicable prices are those shown on the website at the time of the order or request. Prices are expressed in euros and include taxes. They can be modified at any time without prior notice.
All orders are made in euros and paid in euros. The User is solely responsible for paying the invoices addressed to them. The entire training is paid at the beginning of the purchased course.
To issue the corresponding invoices, we appreciate if you send your tax information to our contact email to send it to you.
